Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking information so you can follow your package.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Box Station is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Return & Exchange Policy

At Box Station, your satisfaction is important to us.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact our support team as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging.

Return or exchange requests must be made within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and with the original packaging when applicable.

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide instructions for the return or exchange process.

Please note that shipping fees may be non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective item.
